ISLAMABAD – The Supreme Court on Tuesday issued notice to the Deputy Attorney General to appear before the Court regarding the supply of cancer-diagnostic injections allegedly contaminated with undesirable radio-nuclide by Pakistan Institute of Nuclear Science and Technology (PINSTECH).
Chief Justice Tassaduq Hussain Jillani took notice on a press report published in media regarding the supply of cancer-diagnostic injections allegedly contaminated with undesirable radio-nuclide by PINSTECH that could cause cancer instead of diagnosing it.
